The passionate leader of the new generation of nurses, Alvin Cloyd Hubahib Dakis or fondly called Sir A by his constituents & students and Vin by most of his colleagues and friends started his passion in leading, building communities and inspiring his fellow youth way back in the humble city of Cebu in the Philippines. A graduate of the University of the Philippines in the Visayas during his high school years, young Alvin started to be exposed to community works and became actively involved in youth empowerment. A scholar from his high school years, young Alvin graduated with a distinction of leadership. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation becoming one of the pioneers of the College of Nursing. He was also a scholar of two international grants, one from Alix Grant in Ontario Canada, and the other from Japan Students' Assistance Fund. Sir A continued serving more young people and now as he grew in love with the nursing profession, he vowed to inspire young nurses to become active catalysts of social change and unwavering advocates of health. He now heads the Alliance and oversees its entire operations and programs.
One of the stronghold leaders of the Alliance, Gov. RJ becomes one of the established and notable leaders of the organization, having to endure and witness all that has happened to AYNLA and its predecessor. Amidst all the storms of organization, he maintained steadfast with the organization's vision and has been a comrade of the Founder from the very beginning. A great ally of goodwill, he is instrumental to most of the programs of the Alliance. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Manila Adventist Medical Center & Colleges Inc. and ranked 10th out of 182 nursing graduates of his batch. He finished his Critical Care Course at Philippine Heart Center. Governor RJ is a Critical Care Nurse.
A strong ally of the organization, VP Norman rose from ranks as a former leader of his local chapter. Often impressed as a leader with iron fist, he is move of a visionary leader who would want the best for the Alliance. A true disciplinarian, he would often get heated discussion with different officers. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of San Carlos. VP Norman is a Nurse Market Networker.

Tresurer-in-Trust | Dept. Secretary Budget Management & Finance
A loyal colleague in service and in the Alliance, Secretary Lori rose from an officer in their Local Chapter until such appointment that put her in the highest seat of power in the Alliance. Her active participation in the affairs of the Alliance has helped her uncover many of her leadership and skills. She holds a critical position in the Alliance Board but the Alliance Leaders believed that she's up to the challenge. She took up her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Makati Medical Center. Secretary Lori is a Nurse Transcriptionist.

Corporate Auditor | OIC, NCR Zone II Governor
One of the pioneer young nurse leaders in the Alliance, Governor Rin is the only first Lady Governor in the National Capital Region. Governor Rin is a natural linking guide to many of the important people the Alliance contacts with. An advocate of children, she spends her birthday celebrations with the orphan children every year. She took up her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Our Lady of Fatima University. Governor Rin is a Nurse Educator.

An avid observer of the Alliance. Mayor Krystle is also one of the stronghold leaders. She belong to the second batch of Alliance members and started to be a silent member turned to lead the Alliance's busiest local chapter - Manila Chapter and led the Council of Mayors nationwide. She is also the First Lady Mayor of AYNLA Philippines. She took up her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Manila Doctors College. Mayor Krystle is now a Nurse III in a government hospital.

One of the first online members of the organization, Naz, as his colleagues call him is one of the pioneering member of AYNLA. He also pioneered the formation of AYNLA Manila where Mayor Krystle is heading. Chairman Naz after some time of being an avid online member finally went hands on the organization and helped the Alliance Board form the structure of the organization. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Manilad Doctors College. COMELEC Chairman Naz is a Clinical Instructor.

Secretary Mike is an international presenter of nursing research and has valuable exchanges of communication with global young nurse leaders and distinguished nurse leaders as well. A formidable force to complete the Alliance Board, he is a very much able to accept his new mandate. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Far Eastern University. Secretary Mike is a Nurse Researcher and Reviewer.
One of the newest allies of the organization and was a scholar of the Department of Science & Technology in Public Health. His dedication to serve is commendable and usually works silently. He is very trainable and a true servant of the profession. He is currently finishing his thesis for his Master's studies. He took up his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Far Eastern University. Governor Nathan is a Public Health Nurse.
